It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience any difficulties in authorizing your credit card.
Shipping Information
*While we strive to process every order within 24 hours, your order may take up to 72 hours before being released to the delivery service. We currently use UPS, Federal Express, and USPS depending on the shipping address and service level requested.

All AXIIS eyewear products are currently shipped from Arizona.
Standard Shipping - Please allow 5-14 business days for transit*
Ground Shipping - Please allow 3-7 business days for transit*
Second Day Shipping - Please allow 2 business days for transit*
Next Day Shipping - Please allow 1 business days for transit*
* For certain destinations your shipping options may be limited. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. When ordering items with estimated ship dates, your order will ship when the total order is complete. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Product Returns
AXIIS Titanium Eyewear
All AXIIS eyewear is warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with a proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. TitaniumSun.com is an authorized dealer of AXIIS eyewear. All AXIIS eyewear must be returned directly to AXIIS.

Scratched Lenses
AXIIS eyewear does not cover scratched lenses. Replacements can be purchased. For more information and details, Click Here
Other Products
TitaniumSun.com also sells a variety of other products with various warranty and repair policies. Titanium Sun will accept returns within 15 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. All returns must be authorized and be assigned a RA (Return Authorization) Number by Titanium Sun. Contact our Customer Serivce department via our online contact form or via email at cs@TitaniumSun.com. Unless prohibited by law, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for all products returned to the company that was not shipped as the result of an error by Titanium Sun.
